The staff were always ready to help. the location is great, next to Taksim Square and transportation, as well as Istiklal Street.

The staff are helpful and the room is budget in a good physical condition.

Booked a room in a good physical condition. Location: the hotel was so close to great restaurants, clubs and bars, the metro and taksim square, and Taksim Square with metro station. The very very helpful staff made my stay a such wonderful experience.

Taksim Point hotel has good location - very close to Taksim square and Istiklal str. So you can get easily to clubs, bars, shops and restaurants that are concentrated in Istiklal. And also there are Havatas service buses just 5 min from hotel on Taksim square, which take you directly to airport! Personal of hotel was very friendly and helpful. Price according to location was reasonable. I am satisfied, as I got that I expected.

There were pretty cold in our room, and room in general was very simple. Neighborhood looked a bit unconfident, I do not recommend to stay there alone, but for group of friends, who will need just place to stay will be ok.

I supposedly booked the room which was on the ground floor and which looked fine on the pictures, but when I checked in, it turned out that: - the room was in the basement! -it was so humid one couldn't breathe but also window couldn't stay open due to street cats wanting to come in -there was cat hair on supposedly clean towels indicating that cats were in the room -the bathroom was horrid-water was dripping from the ceiling with mould on the walls (so, while sitting at the toilette, the water as dripping on the head), there was a huge hole in the ceiling which was suppose to represent the ventilation, while showering-the whole bathroom was flooded. As they requested that I pay for 2 nights on my arrival, the next day I requested half of the money back due to the fact I was cancelling the room. When I said that I want to cancell the room because they shouldn't be even renting this kind of room, the manger asked: What's wrong with the room:-) I almost lauhed my ass off... So, I would not recommend this hotel at all, in fact I would say that the hotel is FALSELY ADVERTISING its facilities!

the general location ofTaxim Point is good but locating the apartment on your own for the first time is extremely difficult.

Very cheap and a great location

I suppose you get what you pay for but the room was not good, the bathroom was shocking. We had to build a dam out of towels to stop the room flooding as the drain for the shower was too far away fom the shower. There was a water pipe sticking out of the ceiling and the whole room looked as if it was only 75% complete. It was a nightmare to find and next time i'll pay more and stop elsewhere.

although the hotel is very near to taxim squar its very difficult to find it.please call to hotel to pick up you before waste your time on city.
